Native America News Prints FANA and SCNI Sign Historic Peace and Unity Treaty Article
January 6, 2026
The FANA and SCNI Sign Historic Peace and Unity Treaty Article that I had written has garnered significant global attention. On December 15, 2025, I received a copy of the Brussels Morning Newspaper article regarding the Peace and Unity treaty that FANA and the Supremo Consejo Nacional Indigena de México had signed.
I had posted the article on the FANA website, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
I received a notification today that Native America Today listed the Brussels article as breaking news on the left side of the front page of their site.
I have taken the liberty of quoting directly from their site, which provides a brief introduction to how Native America Today was established in 2016.
“…Native America Today was created in 2016 through an alliance between Native American Media and the former print publication, News from Indian Country. Our mission is to present current news and thought-provoking journalism, while bringing people closer together by broadening perspectives of Native peoples, today provides educational resources and social service assistance through its Community Resources Section, and its 500+ strong Video Gallery offers a cultural experience where Native depictions are in contemporary, realistic contexts...."
I am including the link to Native America Today for the readers’ convenience so they can read the other news articles, videos, and other topics.
I am providing the link in case there is a problem with the link: https://nativeamericatoday.com
