The Federation of Aboriginal Nations of the Americas hosted its annual Meshanticut Cultural Placemaking Confestival this past August.  Amongst the speakers was Mr. Guadalupe Casas Acosta, Mazatzin D. H. C,. FANA’s  Director of Indigenous Affairs and Cultural Outreach to the United Nations, and its Ambassador to Mexico, Central America, and South America.
