FANA Appoints SandHill Member Caleb Sparks to Its Congress
April 15, 2025
(For expedience’s sake, the Federation of Aboriginal Nations of the Americas will be addressed as FANA or Federation. The Sandhill Band of Lenape and Cherokee Indians (NY, NJ, PA) will be addressed as The SandHill.)
The Federation of Aboriginal Nations of the Americas has appointed SandHill Band Tribal member Caleb Sparks to its Congress. He will be the SandHill’s fourth congressional appointment to the Federation's legislature.
Mr. Sparks is a proud member of the SandHill Band of Lenape and Cherokee Indians, born in Ohio in 1992 and raised among the hills of Andrews, North Carolina, and Mount Pleasant, Tennessee. His journey has been anything but ordinary, walking paths that span construction, mechanics, robotics, and management. But beyond the hands-on work, Caleb is deeply rooted in the sacred. A medicine person, seer, and healer, he has spent years walking with spirit, offering guidance, healing, and insight to those in need. His life is a blend of ancestral wisdom and modern experience, grounded in tradition and driven by purpose.
