THE INT'L DAY OF AFRICAN DIASPORA AND THE FEDERATION OF ABORIGINAL NATIONS OF THE AMERICAS- Part 2

July 1, 2025

As I highlighted in my previous article,THE INT'L DAY OF AFRICAN DIASPORA AND THE FEDERATION OF ABORIGINAL NATIONS OF THE AMERICAS- Part 1” dated July 9, 2025, I was privileged to witness a truly unique and historic event.

It was the first time that the Leaders and tribal members of the Federation of Aboriginal Nations of the Americas (FANA) and the Leaders of the State of African Diaspora (SOAD) had publicly met in a five-hour event.

As an observer, it was inspiring to witness the Leaders of both parties coming together, sharing their history, and their joint efforts to address the past and pave the way for a brighter future for the indigenous people.

It was a momentous occasion, a reconnection with ancient trade routes, relationships, and treaties, and a rekindling of communication with the global indigenous populations, just as their ancestors did hundreds to thousands of years ago.

It was listening to all the speakers as they shared the similar destruction of their worlds with the indigenous and nonindigenous people present at the event. It was as though they were reacquainting those present with what had happened to them since they last met. As if they were long-ago friends who happened to find each other in this time and place.

The second Indigenous speaker was FANA’s Minister of International Affairs, H.E. Principal Chief Dr. Ronald Yonaguska Holloway. In his speech, which is posted below, he mentions the existence of three treaties. The first treaty mentioned is: The official International Indigenous Nation to Nation Treaty of “Commerce and Trade” between FANA and the sovereign “Zone 11- Peace Nation of Poluynesia” or “The Polynesian Kingdom of Atooi/Hawaiian Kingdom”.

The Prime Minister of SOAD, Dr. Louis-Georges Tin, has signed the treaty, reuniting Africa with the ancient trade and commerce routes of the Polynesian Islands and Hawaii.

The second and third Treaties will be attached to the third and fourth parts of this series.

Below is the speech of FANA’s Minister of International Affairs, H.E. Principal Chief Dr. Ronald Yonaguska Holloway of the SandHill Band of Lenape and Cherokee Indians (NY, NJ, PA).

(Please note that I did not do any grammatical corrections, etc., as this was an oral presentation.)

H.E. Principal Chief Dr. Ronald Yonaguska Holloway Speech

“Just before the pandemic really took off, the FANA Chiefs and I were on a Zoom call with an extremely well-known Law Professor discussing how to implement our sovereign treaty rights.

You know the questions on how to establish laws, courts, and other related matters. At a certain point, he looked down and was thinking, and when he looked up, he had a bit of a twinkle in his eyes and he said: “You just start doing it, you’re entitled to.”

See, at that moment, I realized FANA and I would need to be more assertive in exercising our rights, and how we developed as a Federation.

It’s that mindset that has led us to the relationship we now enjoy with SOAD.

During the process of expansion and development, Queen Ama  Nimly of Mali approched me and asked if I could give attention to finding a way to bring Africa and FANA together because of our relationship. I put it on my to do list.

While FANA was building court systems and writing, and executing Treaties with Kings, Chiefs, and other sovereign Communities in far-flung areas of the world. Locations such as: Canada, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Suriname, Hawaii, Tahiti, Belize, New Zealand, and the United States.

I kept working on Queen Ama’s request, “Africa.”

As I pondered, conducted research, listened to the Creator and the Ancestors, I realized how much all our peoples had in common.

e had all suffered Displacement, theft of lands, assets, and people. Not to mention the outright murder of so many of our ancestors.

That understanding gave me the foundation necessary to morally and intellectually put pieces together.

This process drove the first agreement with SOAD in 2023.

However, more was needed, and after getting some keen insights from our UN Ambassador, I was able to put together a comprehensive proposal to SOAD’s Prime Minister and Vice Prime Minister.

After much discussion, SOAD and FANA both understood that our people would have been working, trading, and socially interacting for centuries had the barbaric Colonialization Period not happened.

After much deliberation, we realized we need, and had the opportunity to reverse the screw drive on the auger of Colonial Time and put things back to how it should have been.

As a result of that deliberation, SOAD and FANA developed a nine-point Agreement that is underpinned by a sovereign-to-sovereign treaties to make each po.Keep in mind each FANA nation is sovereign and has treaties with Colonial powers, and Pre and Post revolutionary United States of America governments. SOAD is the 6trh  region of the African Union, and is also sovreignb!

I’m very pleased to announce of the 9 points agreed upon. Five (5) of those treaties have already been signed and ratified.

The sixth (6th) one is already written and going through the various legal departments for the necessary lawyer stuff.

I am also proud to tell everyone we are going to publicly release three (3)  of the completed ones to you today.

The next three (3) will be released at our Meshanticut Festival in Providence, Rhode Island, being held August 20-25, 2025 (An event flyer will be forthcoming). All treaties will be published along with signatory pages.

The first treaty being released today is a sweeping health and wellness treaty between SOAD and FANA and the Poynesian Kingdom. It covers doctors, medicine, and the entire suoite of Unidoc advanced medical cubes, and devices, which FANA holds the exclusive worldwide distrbution right to for all global indigenous.

What that means is all tribes in Africa, North America, South America, Central America, and Island Indigenous will have access to them.

The second treaty I’m privileged to be announcing is a sweeping commerce treaty between SOAD and FANA, and Indigenous Confederations in Canada.

Now, Africa, FANA, and Canada are linked for global trade.

But wait, there’s more!

And yet a third treaty is now being announced. This sweeping commerce Treaty (yes, another has been executed between SOAD-FANA and Polynesia, linking Africa, the eastern seaboard of the United States of America, and from Hawaii to Tahiti, and down to New Zealand.

Yes, Africa, USA, Canada, and Polynesia are linked for Global Trade!

There is one more announcement by FANA that complements these treaties that have been announced, and it comes by way of India.

FANA’s ambassador to India, H.E. Honorable Dr. Raja Seevan, has put together a remarkable program to complement the treaties. This will also be published.

Conclusion:  What SOAD and FANA are about to accomplish will be historical.

What we’ve already done is worthy of global history books, and that’s not hyperbole!

When we complete the last three parts and release them, it won’t just be historical- It will be Epic!

The best is yet to come:

Thank you.
