The Federation of Aboriginal Nations of the Americas appoints Adjunct Prof. Kevin Inglesby Ambassador to the Mid-West in the United States

August 4, 2024

(For expediency’s sake: The Federation of Aboriginal Nations of the Americas will be written as FANA.  The SandHill Band of Lenape and Cherokee Indians (NY, NJ, PA) will be written as SandHill.)

I am writing today about the appointment of FANA and the SandHill’s Coordinator of Linguistics Operations, Adjunct Prof. Kevin Inglesby as Ambassador to the Mid-West of the United States.

Many of you have been following his life’s journey from being a young man who never thought he would be attending college, let alone being able to pursue a PhD in Applied Anthropology and Cultural Heritage.

However,  he was able to accomplish what he thought to be unattainable.  He received his bachelor’s degree and then left his home in Pennsylvania to attend Montana University as it was the only institute of Education offering a Master’s Degree and a PhD program in Applied Anthropology and Cultural Heritage.

Once he had completed his master’s degree in Applied Anthropology and Cultural Heritage, he entered into the University’s PhD program. At the same time, he was offered an Adjunct professorship in the Anthropology Department at the University.  He will be teaching a class on Contemporary Issues of Indigenous Peoples.

As the Mid-Western Ambassador, he will be concentrating on developing a dialogue with the Plains Indians. These would open up the possibility of a relationship between FANA and the Plains Indians.

Adj Prof. Inglesby will report directly to FANA’s Minister of International Affairs, Principal Chief Dr Ronald Yonaguska Holloway of the SandHill.
