Amended FANA Constitution & Judiciary Treaty Adopted
On January 28, 2023, The Principal Chiefs and Allies of The Federation of Aboriginal Nations of the Americas (FANA) met in Providence, Rhode Island to sign an expanded version of FANA’s constitution and to sign the Judiciary Court System documents with the addition of newly written addendums.
FANA - Kinakwii Treaty
February 12, 2022, in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, the member nations of the Federation of Aboriginal Nations of the Americas (FANA), its Allies, and the Grand Chief, Allan Baldwin-White Buffalo Eagle of the Kinakwii Sovereign Confederacy, signed the “Official International Indigenous Nation to Nation Treaty of Commerce and Trade” (ITCT).
FANA Peace and Comity Treaty - 2021

Treaty of Health and Wellness
The Indigenous Treaty of"Health and Wellness establishes Indigenous individual health, tribal community health, national, and international health through the use of Traditional Tribal Health Practices & Medicines and Spiritual Ceremony, while also utilizing modern Western Medicines and modern information technologies (IT) or digitized health systems.
Kinakwii Treaty
